Zen Macro Terms of Service

Welcome to Zen Macro. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Zen Macro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. Product Description

Zen Macro is a software tool designed to assist users with automation features, including loot rule configuration, army setup customization, wall upgrade automation, and related macro controls.

Zen Macro is provided as a digital software product. Access may be provided through a license key, account access, Discord ticket, download link, or other method chosen by the owner.

2. No Affiliation

Zen Macro is an independent software product.

Zen Macro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Supercell, Clash of Clans, or any related companies, brands, trademarks, or services.

All game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. User Responsibility

By using Zen Macro, you understand and accept that automation tools may violate the rules, terms, or policies of third-party games or platforms.

You are fully responsible for how you use Zen Macro.

Zen Macro does not guarantee that your game account, device, emulator, or related accounts will remain safe, unrestricted, or unaffected. Any consequences, including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, bans, data loss, or account penalties, are your responsibility.

Use Zen Macro at your own risk.

4. License Access

When you purchase Zen Macro, you are purchasing access to use the software for the license period selected.

License options may include:

• 7-Day License
• 30-Day License
• Lifetime License
• Free Trial access, if available

A license gives you permission to use Zen Macro. It does not give you ownership of the software, source code, branding, design, systems, or intellectual property.

5. Lifetime License

A “Lifetime License” means access for the lifetime of the Zen Macro product, not the lifetime of the user.

Zen Macro reserves the right to modify, pause, discontinue, rebrand, or shut down the product at any time.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

No refunds will be offered unless approved at the sole discretion of the owner.

Refunds are not guaranteed for any reason, including but not limited to:

• User changing their mind
• User not understanding how to set up the software
• User device or emulator issues
• Game updates affecting functionality
• Account restrictions, bans, or penalties
• User failing to read the product description
• User purchasing the wrong license
• User not using the software during the license period
• User being unable to run the software due to system limitations

The owner may choose to offer a refund, partial refund, replacement license, extension, or support at their discretion, but is not required to do so unless required by law.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or false payment claim may result in immediate suspension or termination of your license.

If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or marked as fraudulent, your access to Zen Macro may be removed without notice.

8. Free Trials

Free trials may be offered at the owner’s discretion.

Free trial access may require joining the official Discord server and opening a ticket.

Free trials can be denied, limited, modified, or removed at any time.

Receiving a free trial does not guarantee future access, support, refunds, discounts, or continued availability.

9. Updates and Functionality

Zen Macro may receive updates, fixes, improvements, or changes over time.

However, no guarantee is made that Zen Macro will always work perfectly, continuously, or with every game version, device, emulator, resolution, setup, or user configuration.

Game updates, emulator updates, system updates, or user-side changes may affect functionality.

10. Support

Support may be provided through Discord, tickets, messages, or other official channels.

Support is not guaranteed to be instant.

The owner may refuse support if a user is abusive, dishonest, disrespectful, attempting to exploit the product, or violating these terms.

11. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• Resell Zen Macro without permission
• Share, leak, upload, or distribute the software
• Share your license key or access with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass, or tamper with Zen Macro
• Attempt to remove licensing, authentication, or security systems
• Claim Zen Macro as your own product
• Use Zen Macro for malicious purposes
• Abuse support systems, tickets, or staff
• Make false claims about the product or owner

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

12. License Termination

Zen Macro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the product, attempt to bypass licensing, share the software, open false disputes, or act in a way that harms the product, community, or owner.

Termination for rule violations does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

Zen Macro is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Macro and its owner are not responsible for any losses, damages, account penalties, bans, restrictions, technical issues, lost progress, lost purchases, lost profits, or other consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

14. Changes to These Terms

Zen Macro may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of Zen Macro after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
